We work throughout Central Florida, and the four markets below are where most of our commercial work sits. They are genuinely different jobs. Orlando is hospitality density and equipment running seven days a week. Lakeland is I-4 distribution and warehouse load profiles. Ocala is spread-out sites and a real shortage of contractors who cover refrigeration as well as air conditioning. Orange County. The densest commercial kitchen market in our area — the attractions corridor, downtown and Winter Park’s independent scene. Long trading hours mean rooftop equipment here accumulates runtime and loads up far faster than the same unit on an office, so intervals drawn from the manual are usually too long.
Polk County. Distribution and warehousing along the I-4 corridor alongside a strong independent restaurant scene. Warehouse HVAC is its own discipline — big volumes, high ceilings, loading doors opening all day — and shift patterns often leave a narrow window for planned work.
Marion County. A market with a genuine coverage gap: plenty of contractors handle air conditioning, far fewer cover commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment too. Sites are spread out, so batching planned maintenance beats accumulating separate emergency trips.
Volusia County. Salt air attacks condenser coils faster near the water, and the failure is gradual capacity loss rather than a clean breakdown. Event weeks concentrate hospitality demand, so equipment checks belong before the peak, not during it.
